BankOps.ai provides an AI-powered platform for creating professional pitch deck profiles for companies. The Service is currently in beta and is free for employees of investment banks and investment funds.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. During the beta period, access is limited to employees of investment banks and investment funds.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
